Ingredients
- Peanut butter sandwich cookies (16 ounces)
- Cream cheese (8 ounces, softened)
- Powdered sugar (1 cup)
- Whipped topping (3 cups total)
- Instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
- Whole milk (1.5 cups)
- Creamy peanut butter (1 cup plus 0.5 cup melted)
- Peanut butter chips (0.5 cup)
- Reserved whole peanut butter cookies (8, chopped)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Layer cookies evenly in the dish and press down gently.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese layer over the cookie base and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Whisk together pudding mix and milk until thick, then fold in peanut butter and whipped topping.
- Spread the peanut butter layer over the cream cheese layer and freeze again for 15 minutes.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping, sprinkle with peanut butter chips and chopped cookies.
- Drizzle with melted peanut butter and chill before serving.
