Description

This irresistible Valentine Peanut Butter Layered Delight features luscious layers of peanut butter, cream cheese, and whipped topping, all resting on a cookie crust. Perfect for any celebration, it’s easy to prepare and sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • Peanut butter sandwich cookies (16 ounces)
  • Cream cheese (8 ounces, softened)
  • Powdered sugar (1 cup)
  • Whipped topping (3 cups total)
  • Instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • Whole milk (1.5 cups)
  • Creamy peanut butter (1 cup plus 0.5 cup melted)
  • Peanut butter chips (0.5 cup)
  • Reserved whole peanut butter cookies (8, chopped)

Instructions

  • Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Layer cookies evenly in the dish and press down gently.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
  • Spread the cream cheese layer over the cookie base and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Whisk together pudding mix and milk until thick, then fold in peanut butter and whipped topping.
  • Spread the peanut butter layer over the cream cheese layer and freeze again for 15 minutes.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping, sprinkle with peanut butter chips and chopped cookies.
  • Drizzle with melted peanut butter and chill before serving.
