- ¾ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (for strawberries)

Instructions
- Prepare strawberry mixture by mixing chopped strawberries with lemon juice and maple syrup.
- Make cheesecake base by whisking cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt together until smooth.
- Add oats and milk to cheesecake base, combining well and letting sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Layer oats and strawberries in jars, finishing with the oat mixture on top.
- Chill overnight in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before serving.
- Add optional toppings before serving and enjoy directly from the jars.
