- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
- 3–4 ounces almond bark or white chocolate
Instructions
- Combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a double boiler over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth (5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and half of the sprinkles until well blended.
- Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour in the fudge mixture and smooth it out with a spatula, pressing remaining sprinkles on top.
- Chill fudge in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Melt almond bark and drizzle it over the cooled fudge using a zippered bag or fork.
- Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
