Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients, sift flour and caster sugar together.
- Incorporate butter until the mix resembles coarse sand.
- Add ice-water gradually until the dough comes together.

- Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C) and line baking trays.
- Roll out the dough and cut into diamond shapes.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
