- 1/3 cup (56 grams) white chocolate chopped and melted
- 1/2 cup (120 grams) plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (60 grams) fresh or frozen raspberries mashed with a fork

Instructions
- In a small bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream until stiff peaks form, being careful not to over mix.
- In another medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and melted white chocolate using the same beaters. Add the Greek yogurt, mix well, then incorporate the mashed raspberries and stir.
- Fold in all but one tablespoon of the whipped cream, keeping the mousse light. Spoon the mixture into two serving glasses or chill for up to eight hours.
- Top with the reserved whipped cream and garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
