Description

Ingredients

  • Cavatappi Pasta
  • Unsalted Butter
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Half and Half
  • Evaporated Milk
  • White Cheddar Cheese
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Ritz Crackers
  • Melted Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish.
  • Cook cavatappi in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, and cook for a minute.
  • Gradually add half and half and evaporated milk, stirring until thickened.
  • Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cheese; stir until smooth.
