Description

Air Fryer Egg Bites deliver irresistible flavor with simple prep. Filled with eggs, cheese, and crispy bacon, these bites are perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 340°F.
  2. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until fluffy and pale yellow.
  3. Divide crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions into the cups of the molds or small bowls.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the cups.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring after 7 to 8 minutes, until the eggs are set. They will continue to cook slightly after removal.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
