- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions sliced
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 340°F.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until fluffy and pale yellow.
- Divide crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions into the cups of the molds or small bowls.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the cups.
- Cook in the air fryer for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring after 7 to 8 minutes, until the eggs are set. They will continue to cook slightly after removal.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
