Description

This Air Fryer Grilled Cheese is a delightful twist on a classic, featuring crispy bread and melty cheese. Perfect for a quick, delicious meal any time!


Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter or mayo
  • 23 slices cheese (sharp cheddar, American, provolone, Swiss, gouda, or a combo)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice butter-side down, layer with cheese, and top with the second slice butter-side up. Press gently and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 370°F for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from air fryer, take out the toothpick, slice, and serve.
