- 1 pound salmon, (4) 4-ounce filets
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped; for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Brush about 1/2 teaspoon of mustard onto each salmon filet. Sprinkle each filet with 1/4 of the spice mixture and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer, ensuring they are spaced about an inch apart. If necessary, cook in batches.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees F.
- Remove the cooked salmon from the air fryer and place on a plate. Cover with aluminum foil while cooking any remaining pieces. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
