Banana Split Fluff Salad is a delightful mix of flavors and textures, combining cool whip, fruit, and nuts for a light, sweet treat that’s perfect for gatherings or as a simple dessert.

- 4 cups cool whip
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups mini-marshmallows
- 1 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 bananas, peeled & sliced
- 1 cup peanuts, chopped
- 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
- 1–2 tbsp chocolate syrup, optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cool whip, cherry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream until well mixed.
- Just before serving, gently fold in the mini-marshmallows, drained pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, chopped peanuts, drained maraschino cherries, and mini-chocolate chips.
- If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup on top before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, use salted peanuts.
This salad can be assembled several hours ahead of time, but add bananas and chocolate syrup just before serving to maintain freshness.
Feel free to substitute other fruits or toppings based on your preference.
