- 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic to create the marinade.
- Poke the chicken all over with a fork. Place the chicken in a dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is completely covered. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, ideally up to 4 hours.
- Heat the grill to medium heat and brush it with oil to prevent sticking. Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on its thickness, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!
