Description

These Best Steakhouse Baked Potatoes are a must-try! With their crispy skin and fluffy interiors, they’re simple to prepare and perfect for a quick dinner or comfort food. The blend of avocado oil and salt makes these baked potatoes truly irresistible!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes, washed
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 4 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Poke 6-10 holes, about 1/2" deep, into each potato using a fork.
  3. Place the potatoes in a large ziplock bag with the avocado oil. Seal the bag and shake until the potatoes are coated in the oil.
  4. Arrange the potatoes on a 9" by 13" baking dish or cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt over each potato, ensuring to cover all sides.
  6. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes until a fork can easily penetrate the potatoes.
  7. Remove the potatoes from the oven, slice them open, fluff the insides with a fork, and serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Ensure to wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt before cooking.
Baking time can vary; check for tenderness before removing from the oven.
Allow the potatoes to cool for a few minutes before slicing to avoid burns.
