This Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla features a delicious blend of fresh blueberries and creamy cinnamon cheese, all wrapped in a warm tortilla and grilled for a crispy finish. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or quick snack, it’s easy to prepare and satisfies your cravings for sweet flavors!

- 1 burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- cinnamon & sugar, optional
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle blueberries over half of it. Fold the other side over and press down lightly.
- Spread 1/2 tbsp softened butter on one outside of the quesadilla, flip it, and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter on the other outside. Optionally, generously sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered sides.
- Place on a skillet over medium heat and grill each side until golden brown.
Notes
For extra sweetness, you can add more cinnamon and sugar on top before grilling.
Ensure the skillet is not too hot to prevent burning while grilling.
Feel free to substitute with other fruits like strawberries or bananas.
