Description

These Blueberry Mojitos bring a delightful mix of juicy blueberries, fresh mint, and zesty lime, resulting in a refreshingly vibrant drink. Ideal for any occasion, this simple recipe combines the irresistible flavors of summer, making it a perfect choice for gatherings or a cozy night at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 blueberries
  • ½ lime cut into 2 wedges
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1½ fluid ounces white rum
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • large handful fresh ice or crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda to taste
  • 3 blueberries for garnish, optional
  • 3 fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Place the blueberries, lime, and mint in a tall glass and muddle until the blueberries break down, the lime releases juice, and the mint leaves are slightly bruised.
  2. Pour in the rum and simple syrup, then stir in the club soda. Adjust the amount of soda based on your taste.
  3. Add ice to the glass and top with more club soda as desired. Garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves if you like.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of simple syrup used.
Experiment with different fruits such as raspberries or strawberries for a unique twist on the classic mojito.
