Description

These Brie and Fig Jam Puff Pastry Cups combine creamy brie and sweet fig jam for a delightful flavor. Quick to prep, they’re perfect for parties and gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 6 oz brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup fig jam
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (for drizzling, optional)
  • Flaky sea salt (for finishing, optional)

Instructions

  • Toast the pecans in a skillet for 3-4 minutes, then chop them.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out puff pastry, slice into 24 squares, and press into muffin cups.
  • Fill each cup with brie, fig jam, and pecans, then add thyme if desired.
