Instructions
- Toast the pecans in a skillet for 3-4 minutes, then chop them.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry, slice into 24 squares, and press into muffin cups.
- Fill each cup with brie, fig jam, and pecans, then add thyme if desired.
- Bake for 16-17 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt.
