Description

This Broccoli Dip is a delightful mix of creamy cheese and savory vegetables. It’s perfect for parties or as a comforting appetizer, bringing irresistible flavor with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom slices, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 ounces pepperjack cheese, sliced
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained according to package directions
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped celery, onion, and mushrooms, cooking until soft.
  3. Incorporate the cream of mushroom soup, heating the mixture to a light bubble.
  4. Gradually add the pepperjack cheese, stirring until melted after each addition.
  5. Stir in the cooked and drained broccoli until everything is well combined.
  6. Transfer to a small Crockpot or a chafing dish and serve with tortilla chips on the side.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of pepperjack cheese to increase or decrease the spiciness.
For a creamier dip, add additional cream of mushroom soup as needed.
Make sure to drain the broccoli thoroughly before mixing to avoid excess moisture.
