  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning, divided
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake the frozen steak fries until crispy (25-30 minutes).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken and Cajun seasoning, and sauté until cooked through (5-7 minutes).
  • Sprinkle cheeses over cooked chicken, lower heat, and cover until melted.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, hot sauce, remaining Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Arrange crispy fries on a plate, top with cheesy chicken mixture, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with chives.
