These Cheeseburger Sliders are a tasty, easy-to-make appetizer packed with flavor. Featuring ground beef, creamy mayo, and centerpiece cheddar cheese on soft Hawaiian rolls, they’re perfect for any gathering or quick meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 hawaiian rolls
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease and return the meat to the pan.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion, cooking until the onion softens.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Place the slices of cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the top halves of the rolls.
- Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are toasted.
- Mix melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush it generously over the warm rolls.
Notes
Feel free to swap out the cheddar cheese for your favorite cheese varieties.
These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
For a spicy kick, consider adding jalapeños or hot sauce to the meat mixture.
