This Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler combines the sweetness of peaches with cinnamon rolls, creating a comforting dessert that’s simple to make and delicious to enjoy. Perfect for sharing with family, it’s a delightful twist on classic cobbler!

- 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Pit, peel, and slice the peaches, then place them in a medium-sized saucepan.
- Add water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the peaches. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths and evenly sprinkle the dough over the top of the peaches.
- Tent the baking dish with a piece of foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
- After removing from the oven, drizzle the icing provided with the cinnamon rolls over the cobbler.

Serve warm for the best flavor.
Great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
