Description

This Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler combines the sweetness of peaches with cinnamon rolls, creating a comforting dessert that’s simple to make and delicious to enjoy. Perfect for sharing with family, it’s a delightful twist on classic cobbler!


Ingredients

  • 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Pit, peel, and slice the peaches, then place them in a medium-sized saucepan.
  3. Add water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the peaches. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths and evenly sprinkle the dough over the top of the peaches.
  6. Tent the baking dish with a piece of foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
  8. After removing from the oven, drizzle the icing provided with the cinnamon rolls over the cobbler.

Notes

Serve warm for the best flavor.
Great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
