- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup Light brown sugar, sifted
- 3/4 cup White granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 1/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 16 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup Powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/3 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
Instructions
- Spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick baking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper, spraying it again afterward.
- Blend the Oreos in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. In a small bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter using a fork.
- Press the crumb mixture into the prepared pan, covering the bottom and halfway up the sides. Use a measuring cup to compact the crust. Freeze it while preparing the filling.
Notes
For a firmer crust, ensure the Oreo crumbs are finely blended.
Chilling the pie for a few hours enhances the flavors and makes it easier to slice.
