Description

Treat yourself to creamy Cottage Cheese Ice Cream featuring frozen strawberries and bananas. This delightful dessert is easy to make, guilt-free, and perfect for a quick snack or indulgent treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen banana slices
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  2. For the strawberry flavor: Add the frozen strawberries, honey, and lemon juice to the food processor and blend until creamy, 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. For the banana flavor: Add the frozen bananas, honey, and vanilla extract to the food processor and blend until creamy, 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, adjust honey according to preference.
Make sure the cottage cheese is well-blended for a smooth texture.
Using ripe bananas enhances the flavor of the banana ice cream.
