- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and sliced green onions, and toss briefly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, celery seeds, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the cabbage to soften slightly.
- Before serving, give the slaw a quick toss and taste. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or vinegar if necessary.
Notes
For a twist, add shredded carrots or apples to the mix.
