Description

This Dole Whip is a delightful twist on a classic treat! With its fruity flavor and creamy texture, it combines frozen pineapple, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice for a refreshing dessert that’s quick to prepare and enjoyable for everyone.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. For a swirl effect, place the blended mixture in a piping bag with a 1M or star tip, then pipe into a glass.
  3. To create a Dole Whip Float, pour the blended mixture into a tall glass, add 2 ounces of pineapple juice on top, and garnish with a cherry.
  4. To prepare a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend in 1 ounce of rum and an additional 2 ounces of pineapple juice, then serve with a cherry on top.

Notes

Using ripe frozen pineapple chunks enhances the flavor.
Experiment with different ice cream flavors for unique combinations.
For a non-alcoholic drink, skip the rum and enjoy the classic Dole Whip.
