Description

These Easy Brownies with Box Mix combine the delightful flavors of chocolate, graham crackers, and toasted marshmallows. Perfect for a quick dessert, this recipe is simple to make and exceptionally delicious, ideal for gatherings or a cozy night in.

  • 5 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 box of brownie mix for an 8×8 inch pan
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1/3 cup brewed hot coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Arrange the graham cracker sheets in a single layer at the bottom of the pan, breaking them as needed to ensure full coverage.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg yolks, brewed coffee, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until smooth. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker layer in the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove the brownies from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top, returning them to the oven for an additional 3-4 minutes to puff up.
  6. Using a kitchen torch, toast the marshmallows on top, then allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Allow the brownies to cool completely for cleaner slices.
To slice, use a sharp knife and clean the blade between cuts for best results.
For a richer flavor, substitute melted butter for vegetable oil.
