- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prep and combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs (1 to 1.5 inches in diameter).
- Choose your cooking method: bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or pan-fry in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Prepare tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and olive oil. Season to taste and chill before serving.
- Serve meatballs with tzatziki on the side, accompanied by pita bread or salad.
