Description

This Easy Guacamole delivers irresistible flavor in just 5 minutes. Made with fresh avocados, zesty lime, and fragrant cilantro, it’s the perfect dip for chips and tacos, making any meal instantly better!


Ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ – 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 12 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 small tomatoes deseeded and diced

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Gently mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until slightly chunky.
  3. Mix in cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, ½ tsp of salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
  4. For a smoother texture, continue mashing; for chunkier guacamole, stir in spices with a spatula.
  5. Add cilantro and diced tomatoes, mixing until well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice according to preference.
  7. Allow guacamole to sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
  8. For longer storage, refrigerate with a pit and lime juice on top, tightly covered to prevent browning.
  9. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Notes

Taste the guacamole and adjust seasonings to your liking.
For fresher guacamole, serve immediately or within a few hours.
