Description

These Blueberry Popsicles are a delightful and healthy treat. Made with frozen blueberries, creamy yogurt, and ripe banana, they offer refreshing flavor with simple prep. Perfect for hot days, these homemade popsicles are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping things light and nutritious.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Combine the blueberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, adding water or juice if needed to help it blend.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Cover with foil or the provided lid and insert sticks into the center.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 3 hours, until completely frozen.
  6. To serve, dip the molds briefly in warm water to release the popsicles.

Notes

For added sweetness, use ripe bananas.
