Description

This Frozen Berry Margarita features a delightful blend of frozen mixed berries and tequila, making it a refreshing choice for gatherings or a night in. Easy to prepare and bursting with flavor, it’s perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a homemade drink that impresses!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup club soda or more if needed
  • lime wheels and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture; if you want it sweeter, add more sugar. If it’s too thick, splash in some club soda.
  4. Pour the margarita into the rimmed glass, add a splash of club soda if desired, and garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup or sugar to taste.
Using honey can be a delightful alternative to maple syrup if preferred.
For a thicker margarita, add more crushed ice.
