Description

This Green Goddess Dressing features a blend of fresh herbs and creamy ingredients, creating a flavorful addition to salads or as a dip. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Process on high until the mixture is smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, especially with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for at least one hour before serving.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt for a tangy twist and added protein.
Feel free to adjust the herbs according to your preference.
