Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears corn on the cob, shucked
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp butter, optional
  • herbs and spices, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the shucked corn in aluminum foil, adding oil or butter if desired.
  3. Place the wrapped corn on a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, flipping the corn halfway through the cooking time.
