  • 8 ounces white chocolate (chopped)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Store-bought red decorating icing
  • Green sanding sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
  • Make the creamy filling by beating softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped heavy cream.
  • Layer half of the filling over the crust, add Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, then top with remaining filling.
  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 6 hours until firm.
  • Prepare ganache by heating ½ cup heavy cream and pouring it over chopped white chocolate; stir until smooth.
  • Pour ganache over the chilled cheesecake and smooth it out.
  • Decorate with red icing and green sanding sugar before chilling for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Slice and serve chilled.
