- 900g cooked rice
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 large diced mango
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, water, and brown sugar in a bowl and microwave.
- Marinate the diced chicken in the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until browned.
- Add garlic and butter to the chicken and sauté.
- Sauté onions, carrots, and remaining garlic in the same pan.
