Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)

- Instant Yeast (½ teaspoon)
- Lukewarm Water (½ cup + 1 tbsp)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (½ tablespoon)
- Flour or Semolina (½ or 1 tablespoon)
- Pizza Sauce (½ cup)
- Fresh Mozzarella (5 oz)
- Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon)
- Fresh Basil (3 tablespoons, chopped)
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients: whisk flour, salt, and yeast.
- Whisk wet ingredients: add lukewarm water and olive oil, stir until shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about a minute.
- Let it rise in a greased bowl for 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Roll out the dough to 0.12-inch thickness, cut into circles for mini pizzas.
- Add toppings: sauce, mozzarella, oregano, and basil on each circle.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden and cheese bubbles.
- Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle of olive oil before serving.

Use store-bought dough to save time if needed.
