Description

These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars are a delightful blend of oats, chocolate, and peanut butter. Perfect for a quick snack or a healthy dessert, they come together effortlessly and offer an irresistible taste that pleases everyone!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the old fashioned oats and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil, then place over low heat. Stir until fully melted.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat and pour it into the oats and chocolate chip mixture, stirring until well combined and the chocolate is melted.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 9 x 9 pan lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then cut into bars.

Notes

For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
Adding a pinch of salt can enhance the richness of the flavors.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
