Description

This Orange Creamsicle Pie offers a delightful blend of flavors with its creamy, citrusy filling and crunchy crust. Perfect for gatherings, it’s made easy with delicious mandarin oranges, jello, and whipped cream, leading to a refreshing dessert that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained (juice reserved)
  • 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
  • 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt (2 containers)
  • 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl, mix the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Refrigerate the gelatin mixture for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
  3. Once thickened, whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust. Top with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
  5. Refrigerate for about 4 hours until set. For a frozen pie, freeze for 2 hours.

Notes

Chill the pie for longer if you prefer a firmer texture.
You can substitute the whipped cream with coconut whipped cream for a dairy-free option.
