- 1 graham cracker crust
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained (juice reserved)
- 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt (2 containers)
- 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, mix the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Refrigerate the gelatin mixture for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
- Once thickened, whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust. Top with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours until set. For a frozen pie, freeze for 2 hours.
Notes
Chill the pie for longer if you prefer a firmer texture.
You can substitute the whipped cream with coconut whipped cream for a dairy-free option.
