Description

These Oreo Balls are a delightful treat made with Oreos and cream cheese, coated in chocolate and perfect for sharing on Valentine’s Day or any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 regular Oreo cookies (14.3oz/405g)
  • 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet or white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • Optional for garnish: sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or additional melted chocolate

Instructions

  • Process the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  • Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until blended.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and refrigerate to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate and oil in a bowl until smooth.
  • Dip each ball in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Decorate with sprinkles or additional chocolate before cooling.
  • Chill the coated balls until set.

Notes

These can be made gluten-free using gluten-free Oreos.
Allow cream cheese to sit at room temperature for smoother mixing.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
