- 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 12 ounces semi-sweet or white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
- Optional for garnish: sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or additional melted chocolate
Instructions
- Process the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until blended.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and refrigerate to firm up.
- Melt chocolate and oil in a bowl until smooth.
- Dip each ball in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Decorate with sprinkles or additional chocolate before cooling.
- Chill the coated balls until set.
Notes
These can be made gluten-free using gluten-free Oreos.
Allow cream cheese to sit at room temperature for smoother mixing.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
