Instructions

Lay parchment paper on the counter and set out the Oreos.
In a bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and creamy.
Dunk one side of an Oreo in the melted chocolate and place it on the parchment paper.
Unwrap a Hershey Kiss and set it in the center of the chocolate-coated Oreo.
Sprinkle Halloween sprinkles over the wet chocolate to cover the rim of the cookie.
