Ingredients

  • 1 pound roma tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ freshly ground black pepper

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro

Instructions
