This Prosciutto Wrapped Fig blends sweet and savory flavors with simple prep. Perfect for appetizers or a quick treat, featuring figs, prosciutto, and creamy gorgonzola.

- 6 large figs, cut in half
- 6 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons gorgonzola cheese
- 4 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Wash and dry the figs, then cut off the stems and slice them in half.
- Lay the fig halves cut side up on a flat surface. Place about 1/2 tablespoon of Gorgonzola cheese on top of each fig.
- Take a slice of prosciutto, wrap it around each fig covering the cheese completely.
- Transfer the wrapped figs to a serving platter and drizzle honey over each one before serving.
Notes
Choose ripe figs for the best flavor.
You can substitute other blue cheeses if preferred.
