Description

These Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups are a delightful blend of strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream, making for a quick and healthy treat that’s perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 â…“ cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and icing sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form. Taste and adjust sugar if needed.
  2. In a cup, layer about ⅓ cup strawberries, followed by ½ cup whipped cream, and finish with ½ cup blueberries. Repeat this for the remaining cups.
