Description

Enjoy the delicious taste of Red, White, and Blue Jello with Cream. This layered dessert features vibrant gelatin flavors and creamy goodness, making it perfect for gatherings and celebrations. Simple to prepare and visually stunning, it’s a treat everyone will love!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz red gelatin (170g)
  • 6 oz blue gelatin (170g)
  • boiling water (amount as directed on gelatin box)
  • cold water (amount as directed on gelatin box)
  • 12 fl. oz heavy whipping cream (350ml)
  • 5 fl. oz sweetened condensed milk (150ml)
  • whipped cream (to taste)
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Follow the directions on both gelatin boxes to prepare the flavors.
  2. Transfer the prepared gelatin into an 8×8 dish and refrigerate for about 4 hours or until set.
  3. Once set, cut the gelatin into squares of your desired size, ensuring both colors are included.
  4. Carefully remove the squares using a teaspoon or spatula to avoid breaking.
  5. In small cups (8oz or less), place a few alternating gelatin squares against the sides to create a layered effect.
  6. Pour about 1.5 tablespoons of the cream over the layers and repeat until the cup is filled.
  7. Top with whipped cream and festive sprinkles for decoration.

Notes

Feel free to use the Quickset method on the gelatin packaging if you’re short on time.
Ensure the gelatin is completely set before cutting it into squares for a cleaner presentation.
Adjust the amount of cream based on your preference for richness.
