This Strawberry Pretzel Pie combines a crunchy pretzel crust with creamy filling and fresh strawberries, creating a delightful dessert that’s easy to make and hard to resist.

- 3 cups mini pretzels
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 2 (8-ounce) pkgs. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs strawberries (cut into half lengthwise)
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
Instructions
- Pulse the pretzels in a food processor until they form fine crumbs, leaving some small pieces for texture.
- If you don't have a food processor, crush the pretzels in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
- Combine the crushed pretzels with melted butter and granulated sugar in a bowl. Mix until the crumbs are coated.
- Firmly press the mixture into the base and sides of a 9-inch pie dish using your fingers or the back of measuring cup.
- Refrigerate the crust for 25 minutes or freeze for 10-25 minutes until set.
Notes
For a sweeter crust, adjust the sugar in the pretzel mixture.
Feel free to add more strawberries on top for extra color and flavor.
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
