Description

Enjoy this delightful Pumpkin Protein Shake for breakfast or as a healthy snack. Made with pumpkin puree, a frozen banana, and protein powder, it’s rich in flavor and super quick to prepare!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsweetened or vanilla almond milk
  • 46 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, pumpkin puree, protein powder, oats, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg to a blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the ice cubes on top.
  3. Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, scraping down the sides as necessary, until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker shake, use less almond milk.
Feel free to adjust the pumpkin pie spice to suit your taste.
This shake can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge, but it’s best fresh.
