- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions
- Pat the tofu dry with paper towels and slice it thinly using a vegetable peeler.
- In a large pan, combine vegetable broth, soy sauce, mellow white miso, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
- Add the tofu slices to the pan, ensuring they are well coated with the liquid. Bring to a gentle simmer and let cook for 30 minutes until the liquid reduces.
