Ingredients

Scale
  • 26 Oreo brand chocolate creme filled sandwich cookies
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet baking bar finely chopped
  • 4 ounces white chocolate baking bar finely chopped
  • ¾ cup heavy cream divided
  • 32 ounces block-style cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • ¼ cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3–4 cups hot water for the water bath
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking bar finely chopped
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon clear corn syrup
  • White chocolate bar shavings
  • Semi-sweet chocolate bar shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by wrapping it with aluminum foil and spraying the inside with non-stick spray.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. With the food processor still running, drizzle in the melted butter until fully mixed, creating a wet sand texture.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the springform pan and bake for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

Notes

If you prefer a softer cheesecake, reduce baking time slightly.
Allow the cheesecake to chill in the fridge for several hours before serving for best results.
Use high-quality chocolate for deeper flavors.
