Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs turkey tenderloins (2 tenderloins)
  • 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar (preferably thick, aged balsamic)
  • 3 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray or oil.
  • Whisk together oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place turkey tenderloins in the dish and pour marinade over them, coating well.
  • Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking the turkey.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
For added flavor, consider marinating overnight.
