- 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar (preferably thick, aged balsamic)
- 3 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray or oil.
- Whisk together oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place turkey tenderloins in the dish and pour marinade over them, coating well.
- Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
