Description

This Waldorf Salad features a delightful combination of apples, grapes, and pecans in a creamy dressing. It’s an effortless dish that’s great for healthy meals or a quick dinner, making it an excellent choice for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Apples, Diced
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Celery (Diced)
  • 1 cup Grapes (Halved)
  • 1/2 cup Pecan Halves (Roughly Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine diced apples, sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Add in the diced celery, halved grapes, and roughly chopped pecans, mixing gently.
  3. In another large bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form; then gently fold in the mayonnaise.
  4. Carefully fold the apple mixture into the whipped cream, seasoning with salt to taste.
  5. Chill the salad for at least 1 hour or overnight for the best flavor.
