Description

This Vegetarian BLT is packed with flavor and made with simple ingredients. It’s perfect for a quick meal or a satisfying healthy option, featuring crispy vegetarian bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes slathered in garlic aioli on toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp garlic aioli
  • 6 morningstar vegetarian bacon strips
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1 slice tomato

Instructions

  1. Crisp the vegetarian bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat, flipping halfway to ensure both sides are crispy.
  2. Lightly toast the two slices of bread and spread garlic aioli on the inside of both slices.
  3. Layer the crispy bacon strips, followed by lettuce and tomato on one slice, and top with the other slice.

Notes

Feel free to add avocado or your favorite veggies for extra flavor.
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free bread.
